كيفية عمل طلب الاسترجاع : 

1- املأ البيانات المطلوبة (رقم الموبايل/ أو الإيميل ورقم الأوردر) سيتم إظهار بيانات الأوردر الخاص بك (يجب إدخال البيانات بشكل صحيح)

2-  اختر المنتج الذي تود إرجاعه وعدد القطع 

3- اختر بعدها سبب طلب الاسترجاع

4- بعدها حدد هل الهدف استرجاع أو تبديل وفي حالة الاستبدال اكتب طلبك الجديد واكتب أي ملاحظة عندك

5- سيتم ارسال مندوب الشحن اليك مره اخرى بالمبلغ المستحق أو المنتج البديل  

How the return request works:

1- Fill in the required data (mobile number / or email and order number) your order data will be shown (the data must be entered correctly)

2- Choose the product you want to return and the number of pieces

3- Then choose the reason for requesting the return

4- Then specify whether the goal is to return or exchange, and in the case of replacement, write your new request and write any note you have

5- The shipping representative will be sent to you again with the amount due or the replacement product
